Straight Answers

The stuff people ask us most, answered plainly. Something we missed? Give us a ring and just ask.

What's this going to run me?
We go by how much room your load takes up on the trailer. Text us a picture or tell us roughly what you've got and we'll give you a ballpark range on the spot. Because weight and access change things, we confirm the exact quote once we're looking at the job — before anything moves, and it doesn't budge after you give us the go-ahead. One all-in figure, no fuel surcharge, no labor add-on, nothing tacked on at the end.
Can you come out today?
Often, yes — it comes down to what's already on the schedule. Reaching out early in the day gives you the best shot at getting on the board before we head out.
Do you come out to my town?
We run McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, Celina, Prosper, Melissa, Princeton, Anna, Farmersville, Van Alstyne, Howe, Sherman, and the rest of Collin and Grayson County. Town not listed? Call anyway — we're probably out that direction already.
Do I have to drag it all to the curb?
Not at all — that's what you're paying us for. Wherever it's sitting, our crew handles the carrying: second floor, back of the garage, out in the yard, up in the attic. You point, we load.
Is there anything you won't take?
Hazardous material is where we have to draw the line — wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, ammunition and anything in that family. Tires are out too. Nearly everything else is fine. When in doubt, text a picture and we'll tell you yes or no.
When do I settle up, and how?
Payment comes at the end, once the load is gone and you're satisfied with how the spot looks — never up front. We'll go over which methods we take when we lock in your appointment.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are. Cowboy Site Services carries full licensing and insurance, so you're covered from the second our trailer pulls in.
Where does it all end up?
We keep as much of it out of the ground as we can. Anything still usable goes to charities around the area, metal and electronics and cardboard get pulled for recycling, and whatever's genuinely finished is disposed of the proper way.
